BUSINESS PROCESS RECOMBINATION OF METALLURGICAL INDUSTRY BASED ON SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

供应链管理(SCM)和业务流程重组(BPR)的思想自20世纪90年代提出以来就作为增强企业竞争力的有效方法而受到人们的广泛关注。本文介绍了供应链管理和企业业务流程重组的基本思想,探讨了冶金行业业务流程重组的类型和方法,提出了新经济时代基于供应链管理的冶金行业业务流程重组的实施过程和策略,并以冶金行业采购作业为例说明如何在供应链管理条件下进行采购流程重组。

Since 1990s,as a effective method for enterprises to improve competitive power, SCM(supply chain management) and BPR( business process recombination) have been paid more attention. In this paper, the basis philosophy of SCM and BPR has been introduced, and the type and the way of metallurgical industry business process have been investigated, and the implementation process and the strategy of BPR based on SCM have been put forward. At last .taking metallurgical industry purchasing work for example, the purchaing process recombination based on SCM has been introduced. .
