摘要
本文通过对ZCuPb10Snl0合金的特性进行分析,研究了水平连铸生产该合金棒材的熔铸工艺,拉铸出的铸棒表面光滑,无裂纹,无偏析结疤,铸棒断面细腻无孔,产品质量优于砂型模和金属模。
By means of analysis on the characters of ZCuPblOSnlO alloy, the founding process of ZCuPb10Sn10 alloy produced by horizontal continuous casting way has been researched.It shows the characters of smooth surface,no flaw,no segregation scab, and no hole in the section of bar.Its product quality is much better than those of sand mould and metal mould.
