五流T型中间包内控流装置优化的水模型实验 被引量:30

摘要 通过水力学模拟五流T型连铸中间包后发现 ,在现有的操作条件下 ,无控流中间包五个流的流动特性一致方面存在不足 ,尤其是近水口响应时间极短 ,从而影响夹杂物的上浮 ,甚至会造成铸坯中产生大型夹杂及温度的均匀性 .设置合适形状抑湍器和“V”型挡墙会大大改善上述不足 ,如果两者合理搭配则效果更加显著 .通过实验研究后 。 Water modeling of the five-strand and 'T' type tundish shows that the tundish without flow control can not meet the technical requirements for inclusion floatation, temperature homogenization and consistency of flow characteristics of five strands, particularly, the inclusions of the strand near the nozzle of ladle almost have no time to float, that make the quality problem of the slab. Turbulence inhibitor with proper configuration and baffle of 'V' type can greatly improve those imperfection and the reasonable coordination of the two devices can work more efficiently. In present study, an optimal proposal is presented through an optimizing study by water modeling.
