The Elementary Exploration for Calculation Model to the People's Power Value

人力资源价值的计量涉及到企业价值的计量以及企业的利润分配,是一项非常重要的工作。然而由于其计量的特殊性,现在尚无统一的认识。通过对人力资源特殊性的分析和在实践中的探索,设计出了一套个体价值模型与群体价值计量模型。

Calculation of the people's power value comes down to the calculation of the corporation's value and the distribution of the profit. It is very important. Because the calculation is so different, now there is no uniform knowledge about it. Through the analyzing for the difference of the people's power and the exploration in the practice, we work out a set of model to individual value and colony value.
