摘要
石英晶体谐振频率是石英晶体的重要电参数之一。为精确测量石英晶体的谐振频率,根据石英晶体的电模型及π网络法石英晶体测量系统中π网络的理论模型和实际模型的差异分析了影响石英晶体谐振频率测量精度的因素,并在此基础上提出了校正方法。实验结果表明,经过校正后石英晶体谐振频率的测量精度可达到±2×10-6。
Resonance frequency is one of the important electric parameters of quartz crystal. On the basis of the characteristics of the quartz crystal unit and the difference between the theoretical model and the realistic equivalent circuit in the π network measurement system of the quartz crystal unit, the factors affecting the measurement accuracy are analyzed to obtain the resonance frequency accurately. And the compensating method is put forward. The experiment shows that the method is effective and the accuracy of measurement is ±2×10-6.
