摘要
在铁水罐顶喷脱硫法中 ,主要存在罐底冲刷侵蚀及罐沿结圈、罐嘴粘渣等现象 ,通过合理选择耐火材料以及采用正确的维护技术 。
Top jet desulphrization has found wide use in metal industry. However, in charging, slagging off, jetting, the process may cause defects, such as erosion at ladle bottom, slag adherence round ladle mouth, thus reducing ladle life. Besides, clearing ladle not only takes time and energy but also pollutes surroundings. The paper describes proper selection of refractories and maintenance techniques for the ladle.
