采用有限元法、两点法和边界元法 ,分别建立了高炉炉底炉缸侵蚀的数学模型并分析了三种方法的特点。这些模型可离线或在线监测高炉炉底炉缸侵蚀状况。马钢 2 5 0 0 m3高炉炉底炉缸在线侵蚀模型表明 :高炉炉底炉缸 115 0℃侵蚀线处于第七层碳砖的中部位置 ,形如“象脚”。因此 。
Based on 2500 m 3 BF at Magang, the mathematical models for BF hearth and bottom erosion are set up with finite element method, two-point method and boundary element method and the characteristics of three methods are discussed. These models can off-line or on-line inspect the hearth and bottom erosion. The mathematical model indicates erosion line at 1150 ℃ is located in the middle of the seventh carbon-brick layer, with a form of middle of 'elephant foot'. This kind of erosion is quite normal.
