20 0 1年 4月至 12月 ,奥钢联钢铁股份公司林茨厂在 6号高炉大修中安装了 VAiron高炉自动化 (专家 )系统。同时 ,对现有的 5号高炉 VAiron高炉自动化 (专家 )系统进行了升级改造。迄今 ,奥钢联钢铁股份公司已在其现有全部高炉上安装了该系统。这个决定是由于在 A高炉和 5号高炉上使用 VAiron高炉自动化(专家 )系统后带来了生产指标的显著改善以及成本大幅降低。
The VAiron blast-furnace automation and process optimization system was installed on the No.6 Blast Furnace at Voestalpine Stahl, Linz/Austria during capital repair from April to December 2001. Simultaneously, the existing VAiron system on Blast Furnace No.5 was upgraded. The decision by Voestalpine Stahl to install this system on all of their operating blast furnaces was the result of the considerably improved operational results and cost savings previously achieved with VAiron on Blast Furnace A and Blast Furnace No.5.
