摘要
用电镜技术观察了分离自四川省雅江县黄背高山栎林的松茸菌根菌的超微结构。扫描电镜结果表明:松茸菌落自然表面都相似,由大量致密的、直径约为1 2~3 2μm绒毛状菌丝构成。对F11菌株的透射电镜结果表明:1.多数松茸菌丝细胞直径为0 7~1 3μm,中空,仅见细胞壁和一些膜状结构;2.少数菌丝细胞内有单个的细胞核,位于非菌丝顶端区域,有明显的核仁;少数细胞正在进行有丝分裂;3.菌丝具有明显的隔膜;4.有的松茸菌丝细胞有大量线粒体存在。
The ultrastructure of Tricholoma matsutake isolated from Yajiang, Sichuan with SEM and TEM, was observed. The results of scanning electron micrographs show that the external colony surfaces of Tricholoma matsutake are very similar and composed by dense and innumerable villi with the diameter of 12~32?μm. The ultrastructure of T.matsutake F11 was observed by transmission electron microscope, and the results suggest that most hyphae are vacuous, only the cell wall and some endomembrane system can be seen. In few hyphae, there is single nucleus with clear nucleolus which are located in the middle of the cell. Some cells are in the mitosis stage. Most hyphae have obvious septa, and large amounts of mitochondria.
