本文介绍了客户关系管理的基本含义 ,并根据林业企业的特点 ,给出了林业企业客户关系管理系统 ,为林业企业实施计算机辅助客户关系管理提供一个参考。
This paper reviews the development history of customer relationship management. According to the feature of forestry enterprise, the customer relationship management system of forestry enterprise is given. It is a model for forestry enterprise that creates customer relationship management system.
