摘要
测定了粳籼稻亚种苗期连体倒二叶的叶绿素荧光,结果表明:水稻叶片的原初光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、实际光化学量子产量(ΦPS )、光化学猝灭(qP)、非光化学猝灭(qN)的日变化与光强有着密切的联系,同时也与所用材料本身的耐光抑制能力有关。在苗期,粳稻02428的耐光抑制作用明显强于籼稻龙特浦B,籼稻9311的耐光抑制作用也强于粳稻9908,从而得出粳稻02428、籼稻9311在苗期有很好的耐光抑制的特性。上述结果为水稻高产、稳产育种以及鉴定耐光抑制种质提供了参考依据。
The changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of two japonica rice varieties (02428 and 9908) and two indica rice varieties (LongtepoB and 9311) were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the diurnal changes of primary photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm), quantum yield of PSⅡ(ФPSⅡ), photochemical quench (qP), nonphotochemical quench (qN) were related closely to light intensity and the tolerance to photoinhibition.The data of first group showed that the tolerance to photoinhibition of 02428 at seedling stage was significantly stronger than that of LongtepoB, while the data of the second group showed that the tolerance to photoinhibition of 9311 at seedling stage was stronger than that of 9908.It could be seen that japonica rice variety 02428 and indica rice variety 9311 were both tolerant to photoinhibition.The results mentioned above would provide the physiological basis and indexes for rice breeding of high and stable yield and identification of varieties tolerant to photoinhibition.
