摘要 以5只SD雌性大鼠为研究对象,采用原位杂交技术研究了大鼠长型Leptin受体mRNA在大鼠卵巢中的表达及其分布。结果表明,Leptin受体mRNA在大鼠卵巢中,主要分布于黄体细胞以及黄体、初级卵泡、生长卵泡和成熟卵泡周围基质颗粒细胞内。而且在黄体细胞上有黄褐色阳性颗粒密集分布;在基质等其他部位中未能检测到Leptin受体mRNA杂交信号。 Expression of the long form Leptin receptor mRNA in rat ovary were studied by use of hybridization in situ in 5 SD female rats. The results showed that long form Leptin receptor mRNA was mainly expressed in the corpus lateum cell and the grain cell around corpus lateum, primary follicles, growth follicles and mature follicles of rat ovary. The snuff color grains of ObRb mRNA were distributed densely in the corpus lateum cell, but no distribution in the other position.
