经营桑园和蚕室环境内家蚕微粒子病原消长和分布的研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过对桑园家蚕微粒子病原消长和分布的调查,发现经营桑园内蚕微粒子病原的发生量为:收蚁前<收蚁<三龄盛食<五龄盛食,五龄期的发生量最大。在桑树上的分布量为:桑叶<枝条<树干;在桑园土层中的分布量:表层>1cm>2cm>3cm。对蚕室环境的调查分析认为:蚕室内存在着微粒子病原严重污染的情况;病原孢子的发生量在蚕室内随蚕龄增加明显上升;凡与桑叶相关的场所病原孢子的发生量明显高于其它场所;种场外原蚕饲育区室病原孢子发生量高于场部。 In this paper, population fluctuation and distribution of Nosema bombycis were investigated in managing mulberry gardens and silkworm rooms.The results showed that the population presented the following orders:before collecting ants<collecting ants<vigorous feeding period in 3rd instar<vigorous feeding period in 5th instar in managing mulberry gardens,in which the population in fifth instar was biggest.In the mulberry plants:leaves<branches<trunks,and in soil layer: 0 cm>1 cm>2 cm>3 cm.The silkworm rooms were seriously polluted by the pathogeny, and the spores of the pathogeny increased by the instars of silkworms. The amount of spores of the pathogeny on the locations related to mulberry leaves was obviously more than that of other locations.The amount of spores of the pathogeny in the original rearing silkworm section was larger than that of yard section.
