耕地撂荒是发生在我国耕地利用领域的新现象 ,其特征是极端粗放用地、不利用耕地。这种现象可否持续的任何结论都只能在对其作经济、社会、资源、环境后果评判后得出。提出了评判耕地撂荒可否持续所需指标的选择原则 ,细化了评判耕地撂荒可否持续大指标中的具体项目 ,并确定了耕地撂荒可否持续的指标得分界限。表 1,参 10。

Abandoning of cultivated land,the characteristic of which is extremely extensive cultivation,is a brand new phenomenon which occurs in the field of cultivated land utilization in China.Whether this phenomenon is sustainable or not depends fully on the judgment to its economic,social,resource and environmental influences.This paper advances the principle for dividing the abandoning of cultivated land into the sustainable and the unsustainable,specializes the actual items of the judgment system of cultivated land abandoning,and defines the score ambit of sustainable abandoning and unsustainable abandoning.
