摘要
围绕CIMS与FMS发展历程中所取得的失败教训和成功经验,对故障诊断系统的设计具有重要的参考价值和启发作用,文章就系统柔性、人在系统中的作用、分布式系统设计方面来说明对故障诊断系统设计具有的指导意义。同时,结合了CIMS及FMS的发展趋势,说明了新一代故障诊断系统应当坚持以“软”促硬、网络化远程服务、绿色可持续发展的原则。
The failure and success in the development process of CIMS and FMS are of important reference for design of fault diagnosis system.The guidance of CIMS and FMS in the design of fault diagnosis system is presented in the paper in the aspects of the flexibility of system,the human function in the system and the design of the distributed system.In view of tendency of CIMS and FMS ,the paper emphasizes the principles of the development of new generation of fault diagnosis system,i.e.enhancement of hardware with software,remote Internet service and sustainable development.
