摘要 以辛酸亚锡为催化剂 ,对含β-苄酯保护天冬氨酸的吗啉二酮单体 ( BMD)和丙交酯 ( L-LA)的共聚反应进行了研究 ,并用 NMR、GPC等分析方法对共聚物进行表征。结果表明 ,多官能团氨基酸被成功引入到聚乳酸主链中 。 A series of copolymers of lactide (L-LA) with (3S)-3-[(benzyloxycarbonyl) methyl] morpholine-2,5-dione(BMD) were synthesized, using stannous octoate as catalyst. The results show that multifunctional amino acid is introduced into PLLA main chain. Furthermore, the mole fraction of multifunctional amino acid in the copolymer is consistent with its mole fraction in feed.
