摘要
在众多跨国公司来华投资的今天 ,跨国公司会对中国的经济产生怎样的影响日渐成为人们思考和关注的焦点 .从资金、技术、人力资源等影响因素的角度分析了跨国公司来华投资对中国的经济实力、资金供给与资金外流、技术进步与技术限制、产业抑制与结构升级、人才培养与人才流失和加速企业改革创新等方面的影响 ,并对我们应树立何种正确的态度进行了讨论 .
Today with more and more transnational corporations coming to China to invest, what macro influence they make on Chinese economy is under focusing on by many people. This paper explores this macro influence from capital, technology, human resources and other aspects. Furthermore, it discusses what attitude we should set up towards them and expects to provide national corporations and relative departments some beneficial reference.
