摘要
准确快速获得平行板多层介质径向波导的本征值 ,是运用径向模式匹配法分析介质加载圆柱腔的关键 .首先根据平行板多层介质径向波导 (径向均匀 )本征模的场分布 ,讨论了两层和三层介质径向波导中TEZ模和TMZ 模的轴向本征函数 ,然后利用边界条件推导了相应的本征方程 ,最后探讨了本征方程的数值求解方法 。
The axial eigen functions of TE Z and TM Z modes with two layer or three layer dielectric radial waveguides were achieved by the boundary conditions on the basis of field distribution of eigen modes. The corresponding eigen equations were obtained. The method used to solve the eigen equations was studied by an analysis of the eigen equations and the range of eigen values. Compared with those in some references, this method is very reliable.
