摘要
提出了一种厚膜集成式的压控石英晶体振荡器 (VCXO)的设计方法 .通过采用MOSFET的Miller电容取代变容二极管后 ,VCXO的振荡部分和调频部分可以集成在一个专用芯片中 ,另外再与外围电路组成厚膜式集成电路 ,使其体积大大减小 ,并从应用的角度阐明了集成电路中有关参数的选用 .同时提出通过谐振器的频率 -负载特性来改善压控线性度 ,减小相位噪声的途径与技术难点 .
By using a Miller capacitor instead of the variable capacitance circuit of VCXO, the oscillation and frequency adjusting circuit could be integrated in a special chip. An optimization design of the thick film integrated voltage controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) and its performance parameters were presented. The bulk of VCXO could be reduced much. The linearity of the integrated VCXO and its low noise were discussed.
