摘要
利用加热炉测控系统取得的实时测量数据和炉内钢坯温度预报模型 ,通过神经网络信息融合方法 ,对连续加热炉的运行工况进行综合分析 ,其分析结果对在线优化加热炉运行参数具有重要参考作用 .
The paper analyzed the heating furnace in running state by using neural network data fusion method, real time database of the distributed measurement, control system and the temperature predication model of heated slab. The analysis provides an important reference for optimizing the running parameters of the continuous heating furnace. The method can be applied to the homologous device and production line.
