摘要 电度表用磁力轴承越来越受人们的青睐.该文采用有限元法编写的ANSYS软件对磁轴承的核心零件尺寸进行了计算,通过计算得出磁环的最佳尺寸参数,实验表明,计算结果与实测结果的偏差很小.根据计算结果,设计并制造了一种全新的磁悬轴承,结果令人满意. Magnetic bearing is increasingly popular in manufacturing Watthour meters. In this paper, design of magnetic circuits in the bearings using ANSYS is discussed. Parameters of a magnetic ring such as geometrical shape and size can be obtained by using the software. It is shown that the discrepancy between calculated data and experimental results is negligible. A new type of magnetic bearing has been designed and manufactured to give a satisfactory performance.
