离心泵输送粘性流体时叶轮出口宽度的设计 被引量:6

摘要 粘性流体在离心泵内流动时 ,叶轮流道内附面层变厚 ,流动排挤作用增强 .在计算分析叶片边界层厚度的基础上 ,建立了新的叶轮出口宽度设计方法 .针对一种离心泵 ,在一定输送介质粘度范围内 ,设计了 3种不同出口宽度的离心叶轮 .实验研究了叶轮出口宽度对离心泵性能的影响 ,并与常规的离心水泵叶轮进行性能对比 。 From the influence of viscosity of pumping medium on the boundary layer of centrifugal impeller, this paper presented the calculating methods of impeller boundary layer and outlet width. According to the calculation results, three different outlet impellers were designed for a certain range viscosity of pumping medium. The influence of outlet width of impeller on the performance of centrifugal pump was studied experimentally when handling different viscous fluids. The test results were also compared with that which is designed according to the method when handling water. At last, the design method of impeller outlet width were verified when pumping viscous medium.
