摘要
生物化学技术测得乳酸活化麸皮中α-淀粉酶的最适条件是0.2%乳酸:麸皮=1.6:1(V:W)且浸泡32h。经处理的麸皮按日粮的3%.7%.10%不同比例投喂产蛋鸡,试验结果表明,用3%、7%处理麸皮日粮对鸡产蛋率影响不显著,而10%日粮对鸡产蛋率极显著下降(p<0.05),料蛋比明显上升(p<0.05),蛋重有上升趋势,但不显著(p>0.05)。
By using biochemical technique the optimum condition of α-amylase in the lactic acid activate wheat bran is 0.2% acid:wheat bran=1.6:1(V:W) after 32 hours'soaking.Wheat bran treated with 3%,7%and 10%lactic acid were fed to laying hens.The result shows that the daily fodder of the wheat bran treated with 3%and 7%lactic acid has no significant effect on the laying.rate,while the daily fodder treated with 10%lactic acid cause the laying rate decrease remarkably(p<0.05)and the ratio of the fodder and the eggs increase greatly(p<0.05);the egg weight has the signs of going up,but not obvious(p>0.05)
