本文对H-600型电子显微镜无加速电压和仅75KV无高压的特例以及拍摄时底片上打花曝光故障的检查和修理过程进行了叙述。通过检测和修理之后使电镜恢复了正常。

In this peper, the examine and the repair coursed of the H-600 electron microscope with trouble of haven' t accelerating voltages, anly haven' t 75KV is a special example and radiactive stripes being formed on the emul-sion surface of (exposure)the film in takeing pactures are described. Through monitoring and the repair after call be used the EM return to normal.
