在分析龙岩市矿业权市场建设中存在的问题基础上,有针对性地提出今后通过提高认识、营造环境、健全机构、有效规范,逐步建立矿业权市场配置机制,促进矿业可持续发展。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems in market construction of mining right in Longyan City, some countermeasures are brought forward in order to work up market construction of mining right, to improve criterion of mining rights and administration institution in mining rights and to ensure sustainable development of mining industry.
