摘要
本文以电镜研究了32例扩张型心肌病者活检心肌形态改变,对其中部分病例作了超微细胞化学的研究。同时对照了21例先天性心脏及4例风湿性心脏心肌活检,结果为扩张性心肌病和先天性、风湿性心脏病之间在形态学上没有特殊差别,观察定位于线粒体内膜和嵴上的琥珀酸脱氢酶活性可以降低正常或增加。这些结果提示了酶活性的细胞化学观察不仅反映了心肌细胞超微结构的变化,也反映了患病心肌的代谢状况。
This paper describes the morphological and cytochemical changes of endomyocardial biopsy in 57 patients at the ultrastructrue level. 32 patients were dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). 25 patients with congenital or rheumaticheart disease were used as controls.The results indicated that there were no significant morphologic differences between DCM and congenital or rheumatical heart diseases. The changes of activity of Suceinated dehydrogenase in the endomembrane and the ridge of mitochondria were significant and associated with the degree of heart function of all patients.
