Mechanical effects of light and measurement of optical trapping force

介绍一个利用光镊技术直观地演示光的力学效应的实验 .简要讨论了开设这一实验的背景和目的 ,给出了光镊原理、实验装置。

An experiment that shows visually the mechanical effect of light using the optical tweezers is introduced. The background and the purpose to develop the experiment are discussed briefly. The principle and the equipment of the optical tweezers are described. The method of measurement of the optical trapping force is also provided. Finally a practical experiment scheme is introduced.
