摘要
高产高效工作面关键技术之一是如何保障工作面的安全生产。本文从分析制约煤矿高产高效工作面的顶板管理因素、支架运行状态以及对顶板的控制效果、工作面过断层安全技术、深部矿井煤岩动力灾害等关键因素方面出发,建立了高产高效工作面支护质量与顶板动态监测控制的安全生产保障体系。该系统的应用,可进一步保证工作面的安全生产,提高效率和效益。
One of the key technologies for high prod uc tivity and high efficiency face is how to guarantee the safety production for fa ce.The paper analyzes not only the factors which restrict roof control of high produc-tivity and high efficiency face in coal mine,the state of support opera tion and the result of roof control,but also the safety technique to pass the face fault as well as coal petrology power hazard of deep coal mine,thus establ ishes a safety production guarantee system of support quality for high productiv ity and high efficien-cy face and dynamic monitoring for roof.The application of the system further guarantees the safety face pro-duction and promotes effic iency and benefit.
