摘要
针对下运带式输送机工作过程中易出现的超速和打滑现象 ,提出了计算机控制系统的实现方案 ,对系统进行了理论分析和研究。讨论了起车、停车控制过程、打滑控制状态的控制过程 ,分析了超速控制 。
In view of existing problems of overspeed and slippage of downward belt conveyor, the paper introduced a realization method of computer control system, the theory analysis and study of the system were also developed. The control process of the system for starting, stopping, slippage condition and the result of the system running were discussed.
