The Method of MG-P-MY Staining in Detecting the Neuronal Apoptosis

目的 :提供一种研究神经元凋亡的形态学方法。方法 :应用甲基绿 -派洛宁 -马休黄组合染色法 ,检测沙土鼠脑缺血后海马神经元的凋亡。结果及结论 :甲基绿 -派洛宁 -马休黄组合染色法能显示细胞质mRNA明显增高时期的凋亡神经元。

Objective: To offer a new method in detecting neuronal apoptosis. Methods: The neuronal apoptosis in CA 1 region of hippocampus following ischemia reperfusion was detected using the MG P MY staining method which combined methyl green, pyronine and martius yellow. Results and Conclusion: The method of MG P MY staining can identify neuronal apoptosis only when mRNA is significantly increased in neuronal cytoplasm.
