磁共振血管成像在椎-基底动脉供血不足中的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :了解椎 -基动脉供血不足 (VBAI)患者 (除颈椎病外 )椎 -基动脉病变的情况 ,指导临床制订诊治方案。方法 :应用磁共振血管成像 (MRA)技术对 5 2例临床诊为VBAI患者的椎 -基动脉进行评估 ,并与正常组比较。结果 :检查组和正常组有显著差异。结论 :VBAI患者除颈椎病因素外 ,大多数患者均有不同程度脑动脉病变 。
