摘要
YZB型液压泵转子在装机试车过程中产生掉块。采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对转子掉块原因进行了分析。结果表明 ,转子的掉块原因与转子毛坯浇铸质量有关 ,熔炼时搅拌不均匀。
In the operating period, the cylinder in hydraulic pump of YZB type was dropping. By means of the optical microscope and the scanning electron microscope (SEM), the failure of copper alloy cylinder was analyzed. The reason of the cylinder dropping is concerned with the casting quality of cylinder blank. The main factors which have an effecton the cylinder blank quality was that the pouring temperature is lower, freeging speed is faster and the stirring in melting is not homogeneous.
