摘要
简述硅橡胶膜生物反应器应用于生物转化、生物降解和生物发酵的过程原理和研究现状,重点介绍乙醇连续发酵硅橡胶膜生物反应器的技术特点及应用研究进展,提出实现中试或工业规模生产需要解决的主要问题,包括高性能硅橡胶复合膜的研发,生物发酵反应动力学和膜分离传质动力学研究,以及反应器系统的结构设计,并报道了四川大学膜工程研究室在提高膜性能方面取得的突破进展。
The mechanisms and researches of biotransformation, biodegradation and fermentation coupled with silicone rubber membrane bioreactor(SRMB) are briefly reviewed. Discussions are especially focused on the application of SRMB to the continuous fermentation for ethanol production and the problems that need more study efforts in order to realize the largescale production, including the development of highperformance SRM, the further understanding of the hydrodynamics in fermentation and mass transfer, and the structure design of bioreactor. The paper has also reported the progress made by Membrane Eng Group of Sichuan University in developing highperformance SRM.
