Freeform Surface Reconstruction Based on Pro/Scan-tools in the Reverse Engineering

采用Pro/Engineer2000i软件的Pro/Scan-tools模块,在逆向工程中进行自由曲面的重构。描述了Pro/Scan-tools能够识别的数据格式,并详细介绍了根据测量数据逐步生成扫描曲线、型值曲线、型值曲面,最终形成光滑曲面的方法。通过实验证明,这种方法方便可行,能够快速地生成重构的曲面。

Using the Pro/Scan-tools module of Pro/Engineer, this paper discusses freeform surface reconstruction in the reverse engineering, the data format that could be recognized by Pro/Scan-tools and the method and steps in creating smoothly surface by creating the scan curve, style curve, and then style surface from the measuring data. It's proved that this method is convenient, feasible and could create reconstructive surface rapidly.
