回顾乳腺癌保乳治疗的演变 ,结合206例实践及学习体会 ,从病例选择、手术要点、放疗及其它辅助治疗、前哨淋巴结活检、保乳美容评估等方面 。

The development of breast preserving surgery had been reviewed retrospectively. The practice of breast_conserving procedure with 206 cases had been studied.In the view,case selection , surgical techniques, radiotherapy and adjuvant therapy, sentinel lymph node biopsy, and cosmetical problems were investigated.
