摘要
结合本期乳腺癌专题文稿对早期乳腺癌的精准定位及相应的治疗选择进行述评 ,指出不过度的恰当治疗有赖于原发灶、区域淋巴结状况、远处转移三方面的精准定位。
The precise definition and appropriate treatment for early breast cancer were commented .It is shown that appropriate treatment without overdoing depended on the precise definition of primary disease, regional lymph node status and distant metastasis.
