摘要
本文用透射电镜观察研究了SBS稀溶液浇铸超薄膜的微相分离结构形态。研究结果表明:在浇铸薄膜过程中,溶剂挥发速率对SBS的微相分离结构有较大的影响,通过控制溶剂挥发速率的方法得到了“年轮”状和螺旋状四种新的微相分离结构。
In this paper, the microphase segregation structure of solution cast SBS was studied by means of transmis-sion electron microscope. The results showed that:The evaporation rate of solvent had marked effects on the microphase segregation structure in the process of film casting. By controlling the evaporation rate of solvent, four new forms of SBS microphase segregation structure have been observed:the annual ring with PS axis; the annual ring with PB axis; the single-headed whorl-like structure; the double-headed whorl-like structure.
