This paper describes the importance of the engineering geological on_the_spot prospecting,geotechnical test and architecture design are integrated from the concept of winning facilities planning.And it analyzes the internal relations above them.By the successful model, prospecting,test and design are overall planned,centralized considered,overall arranged,linked up together and optimized.
