汕头市医疗照射应用频率与剂量水平调查研究

A survey of frequency and dose levels of medical radiation exposure in Shantou

目的 调查汕头市医疗照射应用频率与剂量水平。方法 采取普查、分层抽查与重点调查、现场监测结合。结果 X射线诊断、临床核医学、放射治疗应用频率 1 996年和 1 998年分别为每千人 1 66、0 58、0 52和 2 0 1、0 71、0 47人次 ;X射线诊断受检者入射体表剂量 0 2 1～ 33 30mGy。结论 医疗照射频率总体呈上升趋势 。

Objective To investigate the frequency and dose levels of medical radiation exposure in Shantou. Methods Analysis based on data from general survey, stratified sampling with key point survey and site monitoring. Results The frequency of medical diagnostic X ray, clinical nuclear therapeutic radiation and medical therapeutic radiation were 166, 0 58 and 0 52 per 1 000 population in 1996 respectively compared with 201, 0 71 and 0 47 in 1998; entrance surface dose measured from X ray examined population was ranged from 0 21 to 33 3 mGy.Conclusion Frequency of medical radiation tended to be increased in general whereas dose levels to be decreased instead.
