钛酸铝与氧化铝复合材料的制备及其性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 在 15 0 0℃烧结制备了不同体积含量的钛酸铝 /氧化铝复合材料 ,并对其性能的变化规律进行了探讨。研究表明 :钛酸铝 /氧化铝复合材料的致密度、收缩率、热膨胀系数、抗弯强度和弹性模量随钛酸铝含量的减少而增大 ,其热膨胀系数从无氧化铝的 - 0 .4 5× 10 - 6 /℃到无钛酸铝的 8× 10 - 6 /℃逐渐增加。 The Al 2TiO 5/Al 2O 3 composites were fabricated at 1 500 ℃, and their thermo mechanical properties were investigated. The results indicated that the relative density and the thermal expansion coefficient reduce with the decrease of the Al 2TiO 5. Moreover, the bending intensity and elastic modulus of composites have the similar manner to thermal expansion coefficient. With the different contents of the Al 2TiO 5, the expansion coefficients rang from -0.45×10 -6 /℃ to 8×10 -6 /℃.
