摘要 采用混纤纱法制备连续玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料 ,对混纤纱的制备工艺及纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料的成型工艺进行了研究。通过试验 ,对玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料力学性能及孔隙率等进行了测试 ,并确定出了合理的工艺参数。 The commingled roving method was used to fabricate continuous glass fiber reinforced polypropylene(PP) composite. The technology for fabricating the commingled roving and its molding processing were investigated. The mechanical properties and void percent of glass fiber reinforced PP were measured and the processing parameters were determined.
