摘要
通过扫描电镜 (SEM)和激光粒度分析仪 (L PS)研究了球磨、气流磨、振动磨所制备矿粉的形貌与粒度分布。结果表明 :气流磨所加工的矿粉粒度大小最均匀 ;球磨机所加工的矿粉颗粒尺寸分布最宽 ;振动磨所加工的矿粉颗粒大多呈圆形 ,表面最光滑。研究同时指出 :在矿粉表面积相近并超过 5 10 m2 / kg时 ,利用矿粉等量取代 5 0 %的硅酸盐水泥 ,其水泥砂浆强度和流动性都与矿粉的颗粒分布有关 ,而矿粉颗粒表面的特性影响并不显著。
The appearances and the particles size distributions (PSDs) of slag powder processed by bill mill, airflow mill and libration mill were respectively studied with Scaning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Laser Particle Sizer (LPS). The results showed that the PSD of slag powder processed by airflow mill was the most uniform, and the PSD range of slag powder processed by ball mill was the widest. The particles of slag powder processed by libration mill were mostly in ball and its surface was the most smooth. The research also indicated that when the surface area of slag powder was the same and reached 510 m 2/kg or so, the strength and fluidity of mortar that was replaced 50% cement with slag powder were related to the PSD of slag powder, and were not remarkable for the shape of slag powder.
