摘要
研究了一种磁悬浮轴承转子位置检测的新方法。从理论上推出气隙变化量与线圈电感变化量的微变线性关系 ,提出了获得反馈信号的一系列措施 ,最后提供了一种可供参考的控制电路。
A new method of detecting rotor position in the magnetic bearing was studied. The linear relationship between the air gap variation and inductance variation was deduced in theory. A set of measures was proposed to obtain a feedback signal. A control circuit was represented for reference.
