摘要
本文提出了一种新型ISFET库仑滴定系统,通过实验研究和分析,证实了其突出优点是测量的稳定性和重复性好、等效平均时漂比性能优异的pH-ISFET降低了约2个数量级。采用该系统可以大幅度降低对于ISFET性能的要求、提高器件的互换性、实现参比电极的微型化。
A new type of titration system, ISFET--coulometric titration system, is proposed. The basic performances of the system have been tested and evaluated. The experimental results have shown the excellent stability and repeatability of the new system. The equivalent average drift of the measuring system is about 2 orders less than that of the best pH-ISFET. The applicability and adaptability of the pH-ISFET in the system as well as the miniaturization of the reference electrode are also discussed.
