摘要
为了深入了解RTM工艺树脂流动过程 ,在达西定律的基础上建立了树脂流动控制方程 ,采用贴体坐标 /有限差分法模拟了树脂渗流过程 ,得到了不同时刻树脂流动前沿曲线以及压力场分布 ,计算结果与其他研究结果通过数值模拟吻合良好 .确定了排气孔位置及树脂充满模具所需要的时间 .
One of the important tasks in numerical simulation of Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) is the selection of appropriate processing parameters, so that the mold cavity will be filled completely and the composite quality can be guaranteed, which is the foundation of RTM process optimization. Successful completion of these tasks requires knowledge of the resin flow, especially the resin flow front profiles, the resin pressure distribution and temperature distribution. The governing equations of resin flow are presented based on the Darcy's law. The boundary-fitted coordinate system and the finite difference method are employed for simulating the resin flow process. The resin flow front position and the pressure distribution are obtained at different stages, and a good agreement is found between the results and other investigations. The air vent location and the mold filling time can be quantified via this work.
