摘要
酸性媒介棕RH是以4 硝基 2 氨基苯酚为原料经重氮化后与2,4 二氨基苯磺酸钠偶合制得的。
The synthetic process of acid mordant brown RH is studied. The effects of ratio of reagents , binitrogenation temperature, neutralization opportunity ,coupling time and consumption of salt on reaction are investigated. The optimum reaction condition is the molar ratio of 4 nitro 2 aminophenol to 2,4 diamino benzene sulfonic acid sodium of 1∶1.02, temperature of 0~5 ℃, PH of mixing of 4.5~5, coupling time of 1h, and the amount of salt of 35 g ,under which the color of the dye is good and strong and yield is also high.
