摘要
目的 :研究丹参对过氧化氢诱导的大鼠血管平滑肌细胞 (VSMC)迁移的影响。方法 :用组织贴块法培养血管平滑肌细胞。将H2 O2 和丹参作用于 10 0 %FCS趋化作用下的VSMC ,采用改良的Boydenchamber方法检测VSMC的迁移活性。结果 :丹参剂量依赖性地抑制H2 O2 诱导的VSMC的迁移活性。结论 :提示丹参对冠状动脉腔内血管成形术后再狭窄的防治可能具有应用前景。
Aim:To investigate the effects of salviae militorrhizae on cultured vascular smooth muscle cell(VSMC)migration induced by H 2O 2.Method:VSMC was cultured by explant method.The migration activity of VSMC treated by H 2O 2 and salviae miltiorrhizae was induced with 100% FCS.Migration activity was assayed by modified micro-Boyden chamber method.Results:Salviae miltiorrhizae has does-dependent effects of inhibiting migration of VSMC induced by H 2O 2.Conclusion:Salviae miltiorrhizae may have potential clinical implication to the prevention and treatment of restenosis after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty. 〔
