肾疏宁对肾小球系膜细胞ICAM-1及其mRNA表达的影响

The influence of ShenShuNing on the secretion of ICAM-1 and its expression of mRNA in mesangial cells

目的 :探讨中药肾疏宁对系膜细胞分泌细胞间粘附分子的作用。方法 :应用细胞培养技术和血清药理学方法 ,采用血管紧张素Ⅱ作为一种刺激因子 ,观察肾疏宁血清对血管紧张素Ⅱ条件系膜细胞分泌ICAM - 1的影响。结果 :系膜细胞受到血管紧张素Ⅱ刺激后 ,ICAM - 1的分泌显著增加 ,而肾疏宁血清能明显抑制ICAM- 1的分泌和表达。结论 :肾疏宁对粘附分子介导的病理损伤过程有明显的抑制作用。

Objective:To explore the effect of ShenShuNing(SSN)on the secretion of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)in mesangial cells.Methods:used cell culture and serous pharmacology,and made angiotensin(AT Ⅱ)as stimulating factor,to observe the secretion of ICAM-1 and its mRNA expression at angiotension Ⅱ condition by SSN pharmacological serum.Results:after stimulated by AT Ⅱ,the secretion of ICAM-1 raised evidently,SSN could time-dependently inhibit the secretion and down-regulated the level of ICAM-1 mRNA.Conclusion:SSN could significantly inhibit the pathological injury mediated by ICAM-1. 〔
