工作经验的整合概念以及研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 工作经验是人力资源管理实践中的一个重要概念 ,文章对于工作经验概念的核心成分、个体和周边因素对工作经验获取的影响、工作经验与直接结果变量和工作绩效的关系及其测量研究方法等进行了较为全面系统的阐述和分析 ,并在此基础上提出了工作经验研究中值得进一步研究的新问题和新方向。
