复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗寻常性银屑病临床疗效观察

The Efficacy and Safety of aobetasolpropionate Compound Ointment, in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的观察复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏(0.05％丙酸氯倍他索和0.025％全反式维甲酸)治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法采用随机、双盲、阳性药物平行对照试验,试验组、对照1组和对照2组分别外用复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏、0.05％丙酸氯倍他索霜和0.025％全反式维甲酸霜。分别观察各组患者主客观症状的改变,并对各组资料进行统计分析。结果试验组和对照1组、对照2组比较,痊愈率及有效率差异均有显著性(P均<0.01)。三组均无明显不良反应。结论复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗寻常性银屑病是一种有效和安全的药物。

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of clobetasolpropionate compound ointment(0.05% clobetasol propi-onate and 0.025 % tretinoin) in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Randomized,double-blindness and positive drug parallel comparison trial. Trial group, control groupl and control group2 were respectively given clobetasolpropionate Compound,0. 05 % clobetasol propionate and 0. 025% tretinoin. To observe the change of symptom and sign in every patient and to analyse every group's data. Results There were significant differences of efficacy among trial group and ochers(P<0.05) and no adverse effects in all groups. Conclusion Clobetasol propionate Compound is an effective and safe drug in treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
